Before ordering
Read the listing for the included work or product details, options, and any delivery estimate before placing an order. Different listings may have different fulfillment requirements. If anything is unclear, ask the team before purchasing.
Order progress
Orders are managed by the AlanSEO administration. Provide the requested information promptly and use your account messages to discuss questions or changes. Include your order number when contacting support.
Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, contact support with the order number and reason. Requests are reviewed individually, taking the order status, work already completed, listing details, and applicable payment provider rules into account. Submitting a request does not itself guarantee approval.
Any approved refund is processed through the payment method used for the purchase when supported by the payment provider. Processing times can vary by provider and financial institution.
